Bread is a kind of bread made of
normal wheat flour (and possibly rice flour . This kind of bread is derived
from the French baguette bread brought to Vietnam . During arranged process ,
the Saigon processed Baguette into typical bread of Saigon with a shorter
length , about 30-40 cm . Loaf processed with more meat stuffing, become
familiar to the extent of becoming popular dish of the Saigon . Depending on
the inside component of stuffing, the breads have different names .
Bread
is fast food in morning ( and evening ) for pupil, students and employees due
to reasonable prices . Depending on the locality in Vietnam that bread can be
used as a substitute for breakfast, or as a quick snack at the different times
of day .
After
1975 , Saigon bread under his feet crossed the border to the United States ,
Australia , Canada , and became popular in those countries . The Americans called bread . In March 2012 , specialized tourism of the
Guardian , one of the famous newspaper UK , voted Saigon bread being one of the
10 delicious and attractive street food to tourist in the world .
