Hue beef noodle soup is one of the specialties of Hue , despite of the ubiquitous noodle dish . In Hue , this dish is simply called " beef noodle soup " . Other localities call " Hue beef noodle soup" to indicate the origins of this dish . Raw material of this dish is rice vermicelli , meat, corn beef , pork , red featured broth. Sometimes noodle bowl is re- added rare beef , beef ball , and the other materials , depending on the preference of the cook .
In the beef noodle broth , Hue people often throw in a little shrimp sauce , contributing to special flavor of Hue beef noodle soup’s spot.
